DEFERRED ENTRY OF JUDGMENT IS GRANTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. Obey all laws.
2. Immediately report to Post Court Services. Upon leaving Post Court Services go to the Napa County Probation Department at 555 Gateway Drive, Suite P, Napa, CA 94559 to schedule your assessment. Immediately notify the Court, in writing, of any change of address or phone number.
3. Submit to a urine test if requested by any law enforcement officer or probation officer.
4. Upon assessment, immediately enroll in, and successfully complete, the General Misdemeanor Deferred Entry of Judgment Program (GMDEJP).
5. Return to Court for sentencing on ___________________ at ___________ am/pm in Department ______. If you successfully complete the GMDEJP, and have not committed any new offenses, you do not need to return to Court.

6. Immediately report to the Napa County Jail to be booked and released.

7. Pay restitution to the victim(s) in an amount and manner to be determined by probation, Linebarger, and the Court.
