I request that the Collection Case Review (CCR) hearing be taken off calendar and an OSC hearing regarding entry of judgment be set no sooner than 360 days after the filing of the complaint. I request that the OSC hearing regarding service be vacated and an OSC hearing regarding entry of judgment be set no sooner than 360 days after the filing of the complaint. If this declaration is filed less than 10 court days prior to the CCR or OSC regarding service hearing, or if some or all of the proofs of service are found to be defective, you are required to attend the CCR hearing or OSC regarding service hearing, unless otherwise notified by the court.

If all parties agree on a trial date andexecute a Stipulation to Trial Setting in Lieu of Case Management Conference, and it is possible to set the selected trial date on the court’s calendar, no appearances are required at the CMC and the CMC will be taken off calendar.
