18 The People of the State of California by their representative

19 the District Attorney of Siskiyou County hereby move to amend all

20 cases and/or counts where the underlying charge has been
21 adjudicated and the remaining charge(s) are for failure to pay
22 fine and/or failure to appear, to wit. Vehicle Code Section 40508

23 (a) and/or Vehicle Code Section 40508 (b), by striking the word

24 misdemeanor and inserting the word infraction.

25 This Motion memorializes an oral motion previously made on or

26 about February 1, 1991.

COUNTY OF SISKIYOU STATE O: CALIFORNIA

This Motion shall be considered a standing motion to amend 1 and shall remain in effect until withdrawn in writing. 2
