  3. The levy or garnishment is for a judgment for personal debt. (Personal debt means money due or owing because of a transaction for money, property, insurance, or services used primarily for the debtor's personal, family, or household purposes. Personal debt does not include rental debt or debts incurred due to, or obtained by, tortious or fraudulent conduct or judgments for unpaid wages, damages, or penalties owed to an employee. (Code Civ. Proc., § 683.110.))
