On the Effective Date, Debtor shall be discharged from 2 any debt that arose prior to confirmation of the Plan, as 3 specified in 11 U.S.C. § 1141(d)(1)(A) and except as otherwise 4 provided in Article 9 of the Plan and 11 U.S.C. § 1141(d)(2). 5 5. As required by 11 U.S.C. § 1183(c)(2), no later than 14 6 days after substantial consummation of the Plan, Debtor shall 7 file a notice of substantial consummation and shall serve such 8 notice on the Subchapter V Trustee, the United States Trustee, 9 and all creditors and other parties in interest. Debtor shall 10 promptly file a certificate of service demonstrating timely 11 compliance with the service requirements of this paragraph. 12 6.
