1 2 3 DEC 01 2022 4 5 6 7 8 UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT 9 CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 10 11 CORONAVIRUS PUBLIC EMERGENCY – ORDER RESCINDING POLICY GENERAL ORDER 22-0312 REGARDING COVID-19 VACCINATION (Supersedes General Order 21-06) 13 AND TESTING 14 15 16 Upon consideration of the order of United States District Court General Order 17 22-05, 18 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 19 The Court’s previously issued General Order 21-06, which included the “Policy 20 Regarding COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing” followed by the amended version 21 of the Policy (viewable at https://www.cacb.uscourts.gov/sites/cacb/files/documents/ 22 Amended%20Vac.Policy.AttestForm.Faq.pdf) as described in Public Notice 22-006, is 23 rescinded; and 24 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, although the Court rescinds the “Amended 25 Policy Regarding COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing” through this Order, all 26 employees, volunteers, and onsite judiciary contractors are still strongly encouraged to 27 28
