The Court having considered the requirements of Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure

9006(f), IT IS ORDERED that:

Notwithstanding any provision of the Local Bankruptcy Rules or Local Forms, including
Local Bankruptcy Rule 2002-2(d), 4001-3(a), 9009-1, 9013-4, 9014-4(b), 9014-4(c), or
9014-4(d), or Appendix C, Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9006(f) governs the calculation of additional
time after service by mail or under Bankruptcy General Order No. 162-A filed November
30, 2009 or Fed. R. Civ. P. 5(b)(2)(D), (E), or (F).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the period of comment is from now until July,
29, 2011. Absent further order of this Court, the effective date of this order shall be
August 1, 2011. Any comments should be submitted to the Clerk of the Court at 325
West “F” Street, San Diego, CA 92101-6991. Please note on the envelope: “In re:
9006(f)”
