VOLUNTARY EFFICIENT LITIGATION STIPULATIONS
The Early Organizational Meeting Stipulation, Discovery Resolution Stipulation, and Motions in Limine Stipulation are
Superior Court of California voluntary stipulations entered into by the parties. The partiesCounty of Los Angeles may enter into one, two, or all three of the stipulations; however, they may not alter the stipulations as written, because the Court wants to ensure uniformity of application. The following organizations endorse the goal of
Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles promoting efficiency in litigation and ask that counsel consider using these stipulations as a voluntary way to promote communications and procedures among counsel and with the court to fairly resolve issues in their cases.
