PROBATE CONSERVATOR (Judicial Council Form GC-340)
The Court makes other orders as follows:
- The hearing re: status of filing the Conservatorship Care Plan [California Probate Code §2352.5 and Ventura Superior Court Local Rule 10.02(I)] shall be ___________________________. If the Care Plan is filed at least five (5) days before the date of the hearing, no appearance is necessary.
If the Order appoints a Conservator over the estate, the following additional orders are also made: This section does not apply, as the conservatorship is for the Person only.
The hearing re: status of filing of the Inventory and Appraisal [California Probate Code §2601] shall be ___________________________. If the Inventory and Appraisal is filed at least five (5) days before the date of the hearing, no appearance is necessary.
Conservator’s First Account and Report and Petition for its Settlement [California Probate Code §§1060 and 2620] shall be filed on or before ___________________________.
Hearing on the Conservator’s First Account and Report shall be ___________________________. In all conservatorship matters the Court orders:
The hearing re: status of filing the Annual Status Report [Ventura County Local Rule 10.02(J)] shall be ___________________________. If the First Annual Status Report is filed at least five (5) days before the date of the hearing no appearance is necessary. Per Local Rule 10.02(J), after the filing of the First Annual Status Report, conservator is required to file a Status report biennially on the anniversary date of the granting of the conservatorship.
