Undertaking By Personal Sureties (AT-160)

Personal sureties use this to tell the court that they will be responsible for paying money the court decides (orders) must be paid as part of an attachment. Personal sureties can also use this to tell the court they will be responsible for paying money or returning property that a court decides (orders) as part of writ of possession.
