Person with Developmental Limited Conservatorship Disability that originated before (can petition before they turn 18 Yes they turned 18 with authority to begin at age 18) Adult who is gravely disabled by LPS Conservatorship – must be mental health issues or chronic No initiated by public official alcohol use Adult with a major neurocognitive disorder (e.g. dementia) or Conservatorship No susceptible to undue influence
