10 TEMPORARY REASSIGNMENT OF CERTAIN MARIN COUNTY CASES 11 ______________________________________/ 12 GENERAL ORDER 27 13 _________________

14 It appearing to be necessary for proper allocation of judicial resources, IT IS ORDERED that

15 commencing January 1, 2012, and until further notice, all Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 cases of debtors

16 venued in Marin County, as determined consistent with the venue rules of 28 U.S.C. § § 1408 and

17 1410, and all adversary proceedings arising out of Marin County cases of any chapter shall be filed

18 and heard in the San Francisco Division of this court. The Clerk of Court shall institute such

19 procedures as may be necessary to effectuate this temporary adjustment of caseload.

20 Upon ex parte application and for good cause, a case or adversary proceeding described above

21 may be transferred to any other division of this court. Such application shall be made to a judge of the

22 San Francisco Division.
