\7 FOR COURT USE ONLY GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO.16-03 F | L = D £46 29 2088 GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER OF THE CALAVERAS SUPERIOR COURT SETTING SALARY OF THE COURT EXECUTIVE OFFICER WHEREAS, Government Code Section 69898 provides that the Court shall fix the salary » of the Court Executive Officer. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the salary of the Court Executive Officer be increased from $119,600 to $123,188 per year effective August 20, 2016. This increase is equivalent to the negotiated salary increase provided to the represented and unrepresented employees of the court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court Executive Officer shall also receive all of the benefits afforded to the Management Unit of the Calaveras Superior Court.
