To propose a revision to a Local Bankruptcy Rule (LBR) or The Central Guide, or to propose a new form or revision to a form, please complete the following checklist form and email it to Mark_Francisco@cacb.uscourts.gov. All requests must also include either the proposed text (if new) or a redline draft (for proposed revisions). A separate request form must be submitted for each request.
