Addendum to Felony Plea Form

Firearms:

I understand I will be prohibited from owning, purchasing, receiving, or having in my possession, or under my custody or control, a firearm for life if I am a narcotic addict or I am convicted of a felony, including the following offenses: Penal Code §245 (a)(2) or (a)(3) or (d); Penal Code §246; Penal Code §417 (c); or 2 or more convictions of Penal Code §417(a)(2). Felony convictions resulting from certification from the juvenile court for prosecution in an adult court are included. (Penal Code §12021.)
