This power outage prevents the South Lake Tahoe Branch of the El Dorado County Superior Court (“Court”) from opening to the public. As such, branch closure on March 5, 2025, is ordered as follows:
- South Lake Tahoe Branch will be closed. 1 It is further ordered: 1, In-custody criminal arraignments normally heard in Department 3 of the South Lake | Tahoe Braneh will be heard on the Western Slope. 2, Juvenile detention hearings normally heard in Department 4: of the South Lake Tahoe) Branch will be heard on the Western Slope. 3, All matters not heard as scheduled.due the branch closure will be rescheduled and notice from the Court with a new hearirig date and time will be issued for all continued matters.
