conduct a settlement conference.

The Parties and their attorneys waive any conflict for this judicial officer to conduct the settlement

conference. The Parties and their attorneys stipulate that should this matter not resolve at the settlement

conference, this judicial officer shall be allowed to continue to preside over their case whether it be a Jury

or Bench Trial.

The Parties and their attorneys also stipulate that in conducting this settlement conference, the judicial

officer may meet with one Party/Attorney outside the presence of other Parties/Attorneys.
