14 THE COURT HEREBY FINDS AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
15 While Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) matters may be
- conducted telephonically if approved by the judicial officer, the court will no longer
17 collect the contact information for parties.
18 Parties should follow the procedures set by the Kern County Department of
19 Child Support Services if their remote appearance has been approved by the Court.
20 This order supersedes the Court’s prior standing order, Remote Hearings for
21 Child Support Services Matters, Misc. No. STO-21-0007, issued on June 24, 2021.
22 THIS ORDER IS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
