9 IT IS ORDERED that Wayne Blackwelder, the duly appointed Clerk of the U.S.
10 Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California, and his deputies are authorized to set
11 for hearing all Applications for Payment of Unclaimed Funds requesting payment of more than
12 $1,500.00. The Clerk may also set any Application for Unclaimed Funds for hearing if the
13 Clerk’s Office cannot determine whether the applicant is the rightful owner of the funds.
14 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if the case is closed, it does not need to be reopened
15 for the purposes of holding a hearing on an Application for Payment of Unclaimed Funds.
16 Closed cases may be reassigned by the clerk’s office to active judges, if necessary.
