9 It is hereby ordered that if a Chapter 7 case is dismissed due to the failure to file

10 the documents specified in 11 U.S.C. § 521(a)(1), or if a Chapter 13 case is dismissed

11 without confirmation of a plan, the case shall be referred to the Chief Bankruptcy Judge

12 or his/her designee for review of debtors' counsel's fee under 11 U.S.C. § 329(b). The

13 Chief Bankruptcy Judge or designee may also conduct any ancillary proceedings

14 deemed necessary.
