Packet Fee: $2.00 without children (Packet F1 only) $3.25 with children (Packets F1 and F3)
Filing Fee: $435.00 (Fee Waiver packet available upon request)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Type or print all paperwork neatly (legibly) in black or blue ink. Fill out 1 original and make 2 copies of all forms. Turn in the originals and the copies at the Clerk’s Office. Keep in mind these forms are the forms you need to start the divorce. There are more steps and more forms to fill out after you have started the case.
