Amendment - August 28, 2025 Revision to Title

AUTHORIZATION FOR COURT EXECUTIVE OFFICER TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS

This General Order rescinds General Order 2022-20.

I hereby grant authority to Megan Reed, Court Executive Officer, to execute contracts on behalf of the Sup erior Court of California , County of Lassen in the amount of $200 ,000.00 per contract.

Contracts in excess of $200,000.00 will require both the Court Executive Officer ' s sig nature and that of the Presiding Jud ge.
