New Judicial Council Forms
For Unlawful Detainer Filings
Effective October 5, 2020 the Judicial Council approved three new forms (UD-101, UD-104, UD-104(A)) and one revised form (UD-105) for use in unlawful detainer actions. The forms were developed to support the courts in implementing the recently enacted Tenant, Homeowner, and Small Landlord Relief Act of 2020 (AB 3088).
Form UD-101 titled Plaintiff’s Mandatory Cover Sheet and Supplemental Allegations—Unlawful Detainer is a mandatory form that must be filed in any active unlawful detainer case. The forms are available on the Judicial Council website at https://www.courts.ca.gov/forms.htm.
