10 attorneys in chapter 13 cases who elect flat fee compensation as outlined in

11 LBR 2016-1(c)(1)(A) and costs in LBR 2016-1(c)(2), may charge the following increased

12 fees for cases filed as of January 1, 2025, in accordance with the past 12 months of

13 data from the Consumer Price Index:
