UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT 1 NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 2 3 4 5 In re AMENDED GENERAL ORDER 35 CHAPTER 13 ATTORNEY’S FEES FOR EFFECTIVE: JULY 30, 2026 6 CASES USING LOCAL FORM CHAPTER 7 13 PLAN 8 The prior version of General Order 35 is abrogated and superseded by this Amended 9 General Order 35, effective July 30, 2026. 10 Pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 3015.1, the United States Bankruptcy11 Court for the Northern District of California adopted a Local Form Chapter 13 Plan (Form12 NDC1-1, herein “the Plan”). For cases filed under or converted to Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy 13 Code on or after December 1, 2017, use of the Plan in the Northern District is mandatory.1 14 Section 6 of the Plan provides an attorney representing a Chapter 13 debtor may elect to 15 seek approval of the attorney’s fees by “complying with General Order 35 (as amended).” When 16 such an election is made, the Court’s Guidelines for Payment of Attorney's Fees in Chapter 13 17 2 Cases in effect when the case was filed under or converted to Chapter 13 shall apply. 18 For Santa Rosa cases filed under or converted to Chapter 13 on or after December 1, 19 2017 through December 31, 2018, the applicable San Francisco Division Guidelines for Payment 20 of Attorney's Fees in Chapter 13 Cases shall continue to apply. 21 IT IS SO ORDERED. 22 Dated: July 30, 2026 23 24 Stephen L.
