NOTICE TO PERSON WITH

COMMUNICATIONS DISABILITIES

If you have a communications disability and are a party, witness, or attorney in a case in this

Court, you may request auxiliary aids or services to assist you in hearing court proceedings relating to your case by contacting the appropriate Courtroom Deputy for the judge assigned to the bankruptcy case. Determine which deputy to contact by looking at the Bankruptcy Case No. in the caption on Page 1 of the notice. If the case number is followed by the letters:

- CL - call (619) 557-6019 - DEPARTMENT ONE (Room 218)
- JBM - call (619) 557-5157 - DEPARTMENT TWO (Room 118)

For the use of a personal listening device, contact the courtroom deputy prior to your court
hearing.

For sign language interpreting, or other aids, pick up a request form (CSD 1533) from the Office of

the Clerk and return the form to:
