The Plan is hereby CONFIRMED, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 24 1191(b). 25 2. Plan payments shall be made as provided by § 8.04 of 26 the Plan. 27 3. 1 4. Consistent with 11 U.S.C. § 1192, Debtor is not 2 entitled to a discharge until Debtor has completed all payments 3 due within the Plan’s term. If and when issued, such discharge 4 shall apply to all debts described in 11 U.S.C. § 1141(d)(1)(A), 5 except those described in 11 U.S.C. §§ 1192(1) and (2) and 6 1141(d)(2). 7 5. As required by 11 U.S.C. § 1183(c)(2), no later than 14 8 days after substantial consummation of the Plan, Debtor shall 9 file a notice of substantial consummation and shall serve such 10 notice on the Subchapter V Trustee, the United States Trustee, 11 and all creditors and other parties in interest. Debtor shall 12 promptly file a certificate of service demonstrating timely 13 compliance with the service requirements of this paragraph. 14 6.
