The Court Deploys New QMATIC Customer Management System
On April 1, 2022, the Family Law and Probate Clerk's office will begin using a new customer management queuing system to improve customer service. The new QMATIC system will provide more efficient service and reduce customer wait times.
With the QMATIC system, customers will use a kiosk to check-in upon arrival. The kiosk will provide the customer with a numbered ticket, which will be called and shown on the monitors when a clerk is ready to serve the customer.
