Property Tax Auctions

Tax-defaulted properties for sale. The Treasurer and Tax Collector's online auction was held October 29 through October 31, 2025. Interested bidders register with GovEase, which handles bidder registration and deposits.

The last day to redeem property was October 28, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. PT. The final day to pay off properties purchased at auction was November 5, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. PT. Effective 60 days before the tax sale, the Tax Collector accepts only certified funds.

Before you bid, all auctioned parcels are sold AS IS and bidders must perform appropriate due diligence. The County directs bidders to review the FAQ and Sale Terms and Conditions. Current related files listed by the County include a Claim for Excess Proceeds Form, County Tax Sale Frequently Asked Questions, and County Tax Sale Terms and Conditions.
