2. REPRESENTATIONS AND PROCEDURAL STIPULATIONS FOR REQUEST TO SUBMIT ON REPORTS By signing below, each counsel represents that counsel has: (1) reviewed CFS's report(s)/memoranda and recommendations and all attachments and proposed orders prepared for the above-described hearing, as well as any CASA report(s); (2) provided them to and reviewed them with their client; and (3) have been authorized by their client to enter into any Stipulated Request to submit on the reports. The parties stipulate that if the Court orders any party to appear at a future hearing in an order entered pursuant to this Stipulated Request, and the party receives notice of that order from the party's counsel or CFS, the party shall appear as ordered and if they fail to appear the Court may proceed in their absence. The parties attach to this Stipulated Request all CFS report(s)/memoranda and recommendations, and all attachments and proposed orders prepared for the above hearing, as well as any CASA report(s). The parties waive any procedural irregularities in connection with the Court's granting of the parties' request.
