STANDING ORDER RE COURT PROBATE INVESTIGATORS

The Court has retained Gary Buchholz and Gail Neal as the Court’s Probate Investigators to conduct investigative services as required under Probate Code Sections 1826 and 1513(only when a conflict is declared with our current CCRC on relative guardianships).

THE COURT ORDERS:

County Counsel, Child Protective Services or Child Welfare System and Adult Protective Services are hereby ordered to provide specific information to our investigators as stated above upon their request to assist our investigators in completing their investigations for the Court.

This Standing Order shall remain in effect unless superseded by a new Standing Order or the Standing Order is no longer needed. /
