Armsby, Deputy County Counsel, as attorney for the Office of the San Mateo County Public Guardian, and, for good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. That the Public Guardian for the County of San Mateo is the agency designated to serve as Probate Conservator of the Person and Estate of those individuals who are unable to meet their basic needs for physical health, food, clothing, or shelter, and/or who are unable to manage his/her own financial resources or resist fraud or undue influence when no other person is appointed to serve in that capacity. The Public Guardian for the County of San Mateo is appointed as Conservator of the Person and Estate in LPS Conservatorship proceedings when the individual under the disability of the Conservatorship is suffering from a mental illness or mental disease.
2. That Jean S. Fraser is the duly appointed Public Guardian for the County of San Mateo. By way of this Order, the Court hereby authorizes the individuals named in this Order to execute any document required for the sale or transfer of real property and/or personal property, including all stock

10 1 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 and cash reserve transfers and redemption of bonds, and to receive cash value in return for a surrender of rights under life insurance policies, plans or benefits. The individuals who are authorized to execute these documents on behalf of and in the place of Jean S. Fraser are: A. Lisa Mancini B. Gina Wilson C. Victoria Wright D. R. Chris Rodriguez 3. That a signature of any of the above-named individuals shall have the same force and effect in relation to the above-described activities as if executed personally by Jean S. Fraser, the Public Guardian for the County of San Mateo. 4. Standing Order 14-123 filed March 26, 2014 is repealed. 5. Part of the responsibility of the Public Guardian is to execute documents required for the sale or transfer of real property and/or personal property, including all stock and cash reserve transfers and redemption of bonds, and to receive cash value in return for a surrender of rights under life insurance policies, plans or benefits, where appropriate, for those individuals currently under either a Probate Conservatorship or an LPS Conservatorship.
3. This application is made to the Court seeking a standing order which will allow the individuals listed below to execute documents required for the sale or transfer of real property and/or personal property, including all stock and cash reserve transfers and redemption of bonds, to receive cash value in
