Friel, Commissioner for all purposes. 4, All Family Law Law & Motion, Domestic Violence and Civil Harassment Restraining Orders, and Civil Case Management Conference matters which are pending in Department 4 are assigned to Honorable Michael H. Friel, Commissioner for all purposes.
