Cantil-Sakauye, Chair of the Judicial Council of California, issued in response to the March 16, 2020 request for an emergency order made by the Superior Court of Sonoma County (“Court”), and pursuant to the inherent authority of the Court, and its authority under Code of Civil Procedure, section 128, and for good cause showing, all special and temporary letters issued in estates, guardianships/conservatorships (of the person and estate) which would otherwise expire during the period of March 16, 2020 through March 31, 2020 are hereby extended April 17, 2020, or further order of the Court.
