9 In response to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (the “CARES 10 Act”) and pursuant to Amended General Order 37 (issued May 18, 2020), the Court adopted

11 Amended Interim Bankruptcy Rule 1020 and related amended Official Forms 101, 122A-1,

12 122B-1, 122C-1, and 201. On March 27, 2022, provisions of the CARES Act necessitating the

adoption of Amended Interim Bankruptcy Rule 1020 and the related amended Official Forms13 expired.14

15 NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071, Rule 83 of the Federal Rules of 16 Civil Procedure, and Rule 9029 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, the court

17 ORDERS as follows:

18 1) Amended General Order 37 is hereby abrogated;

19 2) Amended Interim Bankruptcy Rule 1020 is hereby rescinded, and the related 20 amended Official Forms 101, 122A-1, 122B-1, 122C-1, and 201 shall no longer 21 be used in this Court; and

22 3) General Order 37 shall remain effective. 23 IT IS SO ORDERED. 24 Dated: March 28, 2022. 25
