Ten (10) calendar days before the Mandatory Settlement Conference, the parties shall 1) meet and confer, and 2) file with the Court and serve on each other, Statement of Issues, Contentions and Proposed Disposition of the case.

  1. Ten (10) calendar days prior to the Mandatory Settlement Conference or trial date, whichever is earliest, each party shall file and serve on the other parties a list identifying all lay witnesses and expert witnesses the party intends to call at trial pursuant to Local Rule 8.20.07.

  2. On the commencement day of trial, each party shall 1) exchange a set of trial exhibits containing all exhibits offered by each side, numbered for Petitioner and listed alphabetically for Respondent, and placed in a three-ring binder.

  3. The parties waive do not waive Notice of Trial and Notice of the Settlement and Issues Conference.
