Dear Court User,
Your Unlawful Detainer Court Trial has been set and is scheduled to be heard at the date/time/place listed below:

If you are appearing via Zoom, any documents that you would like to present to the Judge as evidence in your case, MUST be received by the Court at least two (2) Court days prior to your hearing date. Exhibits may be delivered via Mail or through the Drop Box in our lobby. See further information below for submission methods: 1. Mail: Fresno County Superior Court Civil Division 1130 “O” Street Fresno, CA 93721
2. Drop Box: The Drop Box is located inside of the Sisk Courthouse at the mailing address listed above.
Drop Box hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Any items/documents delivered through the mail or drop box must utilize form PCV-75- Notice of Exhibits Unlawful Detainer Court Trial. A copy of this form is enclosed for your convenience or can be obtained on our website. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact the Court at (559) 457-1900 for assistance.
Please note the following rules for Exhibits for Department 404
If you plan on showing the Judge any documents, text messages, recordings or photographs for consideration in your case, please be aware of the following: (1) You will need to have three (3) sets of copies of documents – one for you, one for the other party and one for the Judge. PLEASE DO NOT NUMBER THE PAGES OR OTHERWISE MARK OR WRITE ON ANY OF THE DOCUMENTS.
(2) The Judge cannot consider as evidence any text messages, photographs or recordings on your cell phone. If you would like the Judge to consider any evidence on your cell phone, it will need to be downloaded from your cell phone. If it is a text message or photograph, you will need to make three (3) copies just like any other document. If it is a recording on your cell phone, it must be downloaded on a flash drive or CD. You must have a copy of the flash drive or CD for the court.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING TO COURT ANY NECESSARY EQUIPMENT TO PLAY THE RECORDING.
(3) If you are appearing via Zoom, you will need to supply the opposing party and the Court with any evidence/documents at least 2 days prior to the hearing. If the opposing party is represented by an attorney, you must deliver the evidence/documents to the attorney’s office at least 2 days prior to the hearing. If the opposing party is represented by an attorney, you should contact the opposing party’s attorney’s office to see how they would like the evidence/documents delivered. If the other side, or the other side’s attorney, does not receive the evidence/documents at least 2 days before the hearing, the evidence/documents may not be considered by the Court.
