14 THE COURT HEREBY FINDS AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

Pursuant to California Probate Code Section 8920, Shahin Boroomand, aka15

is hereby designated to act as a probate referee for Kern County.16 Shane Boroomand,

Shahin Boroomand has been authorized for such appointments in Kern County by the17

California State Controller’s Office.18

Pursuant to statute, the Probate Referee will appraise the assets in cases as19

assigned by the Probate Division of Kern County Superior Court.20

THIS ORDER IS EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 14, 2024.21
