MARLENE BATISTA 2) NO. 26.07 TO COUNTY BOARD OF PAROLE COMMISSIONERS PURSUANT TO SECTION 3507(a)(3) OF THE PENAL CODE Pursuant to Section 3075(a)(3) of the Penal Code, the Court appointed Dr. Marlene Batista, a member of the public who is not a public official, to serve as a member of the County Board of Parole Commissioners to a one-year term beginning August 15, 2024. (Administrative Order 24.03, August 6, 2024.) Pursuant to section 3075(b) of the Penal Code, the appointment may be extended for an additional one (1) year appointment, not to exceed a period of three (3) consecutive years. On August 1, 2025, the Court reappointed Dr. Batista to a second one (1) year appointment. (Administrative Order 25.05).
