PROPER COURT DIVISION FOR FILING LIMITED CIVIL AND SMALL CLAIMS CASES

Pursuant to rules 2.8.6 and 2.10.4 of the Fresno County Superior Court

Local Rules, the proper court division for the filing of limited civil cases, including unlawful detainer cases, and small claims cases shall be determined by the zip code covering the location on which venue is based, as designated in the chart below.
