IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE TO HOMEOWNER

1. YOUR HOME IS ABOUT TO BE SOLD TO PAY OFF YOUR DEBTS.

2. YOU MAY BE ABLE TO STOP THE SALE OR KEEP SOME OF THE MONEY FROM THE SALE. Before your home is sold, the court will have a hearing to let you prove that you or your family live there. YOU OR YOUR SPOUSE SHOULD COME TO THIS HEARING.

5. You are not required to bring an attorney with you to the hearing. For your own protection, you may want to ask an attorney for advice right away.
