Prior to the filing of a JV-180/388 Welfare and Institution Code Petition, the proponent of said petition shall meet and confer with all parties as to their consent or non-consent to the request of the Petitioner prior to the filing of the Petition.
Best efforts to meet and confer will be required prior to the filing of the Petition.
This general order is intended to be incorporated into a future revision of the Local Rules of Court of the Superior Court of California, County of Lassen, effective January 1, 2027. Upon successful incorporation into the Local Rules of Court, this General Order shall be deemed automatically revoked and rescinded.
