As the duly-qualified and acting trustee in the above-entitled case, I hereby represent that:

  1. During the course of my administering the estate of the above-named debtor, I have incurred the following bona fide

  2. I CERTIFY THAT the total of the expenses which are requested to be paid without notice to creditors, including the

expenses in this application, do not exceed $1,000.00, and therefore that notice to all creditors pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 2002-2(a)(6) is not required.

WHEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of Local Bankruptcy Rule 2015-2, applicant requests authority to pay the

expenses set forth above and requests that notice to all creditors be waived.
