The Court received and reviewed comment following the publication of General Order 175

and determines as follows:

The implementation of General Order 175 is suspended to permit additional comment

on this issue.

The period of comment is reopened and will run through and including July 12, 2010. Any

comments should be submitted to the Clerk of the Court at 325 West “F” Street, San Diego, California 92101-6991. Please note on the envelope: “In re: 1326(a)(1) Payments.”

General Order 175 is amended to delete the current effective date of June 10, 2010 and to

provide that the Court will establish the effective date by further order entered after July 12, 2010.
