DAN MCALLISTER ‘TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR SAN DIEGO COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC ON-LINE AUCTION ON MAY 19-22, 2012 OF TAX -DEFAULTED PROPERTY FOR DELINQUENT TAXES Made pursuant to Section 3692, Revenue and Taxatlon Code On March 27, 2012, |, Dan McAllister, San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector, was directed to conduct a public on-line auction sale by the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County, California, In addition to the Timeshare intervals being offered at the online sale, the public on-line auction sale will also include tax-defaulted properties being re-offered within 90 days of Public Auction tax Sale 7036 which was held on Friday, February 24, 2012, pursuant to California Revenue and Taxation Code seclion 3692(e), The tax-defaulled properties lisled below are subject to the Treasurer-Tax Collector's power of sale and have been approved for sale by a resolution dated March 27, 2012 of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. The Public On-line Tax Sale witl be heli on Saturday, May 19, 2012, 8:00 a.m. PST to Tuesday, May 22, 2012, 5:00 p.m. PST. The sale will be conducted as a public on-line auction to the highest bidder for cash in lawiul money of the United States or negotiable paper, for not less than the minimum bid as shown on this notice, Anyone wishing to bid on parcels offered at the sale must register at wwwbiddassets.com by completing a Deed Information Sheet, paying a non- refundable fee of $35,00 for registralion, and making a $1,000 refundable deposit in guaranteed funds. If no bids are received on a parcel, it may, at the Treasurer-Tax Collector's discretion, be re-offered within a 90-day period at a minimum price appropriate to stimulate competitive bidding.
