20 IT IS ORDERED that Quest Investigations is appointed the Court Investigator in the
21
above-named matter now pending before this Court pursuant to Family Code section 9001.

The Court appointed investigator shall be granted the authority to receive copies and/or
24
access records of all law enforcement records and reports, all Social Services (CPS and APS)
25
26 records and reports, Child Support records and reports, banking and financial documents, all
27
educational documents, and access to medical, mental health, and drug treatment and/or testing
28
records in accordance with the HIPAA regulations.

1 The Court Investigator shall file her report with the Court and counsel for Petitioner, or

Petition if in Pro Per, and to counsel for the minor. The Court Investigator’s report shall be

deemed a confidential court document and copies shall not be provided except on order of this
4
5 Court.
