In some cases, fee waiver applications may be referred for judicial review and determination. This order is effective January 1, 2026, and supersedes all previous general orders entitled Delegation of Fee Waivers to the Clerk Pursuant to Government Code §68634(D), issued by previous Presiding Judges. This order shall remain in effect until December 31, 2027.
