Notice and opportunity for public comment having been given by the Court in

accordance with Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9029, those comments received having been reviewed and considered by the Court, and pursuant to District Court General Order 352 which authorizes the bankruptcy judges of this district to make and amend rules of practice and procedure before the Court,

IT IS ORDERED that the attached Local Rules of the United States Bankruptcy

Court, Southern District of California, are adopted by the Court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attached Local Rules will take effect on

March 1, 2015 and govern in all Actions, as defined in Local Bankruptcy Rule 1001-6, filed on or after the effective date and, insofar as just and practicable, all bankruptcy cases and proceedings then pending.
