In re ORDER REFERRING CERTAIN CHAPTER 7 ) AND CHAPTER 13 CASES FOR REVIEW ) General Order 23-02 OF ATTORNEY FEES TO THE CHIEF ) BANKRUPTCY JUDGE ) )

It is hereby ordered that if a Chapter 7 case is dismissed due to the failure to file

the documents specified in 11 U.S.C. § 521(a)(1), or if a Chapter 13 case is dismissed without confirmation of a plan, the case shall be referred to the Chief Bankruptcy Judge for review of debtors' counsel's fee under 11 U.S.C. § 329(b). The Chief Bankruptcy Judge may also conduct any ancillary proceedings deemed necessary.
