3. Court Reporter Agreement
By signing this agreement, and accepting the appointment as an official reporter pro tempore for this proceeding, the reporter takes
and subscribes to the constitutional oath of office above, and confirms and agrees that he or she: (1) Has a valid, current California
Certified Shorthand Reporter License; (2) Is in good standing with the Court Reporters Board of California; (3) Will maintain current
contact information with the Court; (4) Understands and acknowledges that all fees for reporting services, including appearance,
transcript, and real-time fees, are the responsibility of the party(ies) who arranged for the reporter services, and no such fees may be
charged to the court; (5) Will comply with all statutes and rules applicable to official reporters pro tempore, including the duty to
prepare transcripts, both trial and appellate, timely, and in the required form; (6) Has the capability and equipment to provide real-time
services; (7) Will comply with the court's requirements as stated in the Official Reporter Pro Tempore Policy, including those
regarding uploading electronic notes on a timely basis; (8) Will follow directions from the court, and to be subject to the jurisdiction of
the court to the same extent as an official reporter; (9) Will be available for immediate (within 30 minutes) read-back of notes; and
(10) Has not been delinquent in providing a transcript within the last six months.
